Shipping
Orders received before 15.00 on weekdays are normally shipped same day, so if
you are situated in the UK, and have selected the Royal Mail special delivery
option you should receive your order by 13.00 the following day.
For orders destined to Europe we ship by International Registered post, which
normally arrives in 3 days or less and is trackable at the Royal mail website until
it leaves the UK. From there onwards it may be possible to track it, if your
local postal service provides a track and trace facility (most do).
For orders outside Europe we also ship by International Registered post, which takes
between 3 and 5 days and is similarly trackable.
Returns
We are normally happy to take goods back provided:
- They are undamaged and in original packaging
- They have not been ordered specially for you
- You contact us within 30 days of dispatch
We will either ship alternative goods or refund to your credit card, as per
your requirements. Shipping costs are not refundable. |
